While all of our positions are part time, flex time, work-at-home or virtual, some may require that you live in a certain area, or are available for initial onsite training.

Prosperiti Partners, Inc. limits the use of 'credible' and 'legitimate' part time and work-at-home jobs to mean those jobs they have screened according to their own specifications to include on their job site.

We encourage you to let us know of any material on our site that you believe to be false and/or inaccurate. Please forward a copy of the material in our 'Contact Us' form along with an explanation of your concerns.

Ownership & Permission:

You are not allowed to copy content, job postings or pages from the JobProsper.com site to reproduce for your own use.

Permission is given to include a hyper-text link to our site on your website as long as you do not directly affiliate your site with ours in your description of our site.

Registration:

To gain access to JobProsper.com services, you will be required to register with the website. As part of the registration process, you will select a user name and a password. You agree that the information you supply during that registration process will be accurate and complete and that you will not register under the name of, nor attempt to enter the service under the name of another person or email address, or to duplicate identity in order to receive selected specials or services that are a one-time offer. We reserve the right to disallow use of user name that we deem offensive or inappropriate. You will be responsible for protecting your password and for all actions of persons accessing JobProsper.com through any username/password assigned to you. Subscriptions:

Users agree when entering into a subscription through our website that they will be responsible for the payment of their subscription fee. If users sign up for reoccurring subscriptions, users will also be responsible for the cancellation of their subscription before the due date to avoid further charges. Cancellation must be completed through their PayPal account. Prosperiti Partners, Inc. does not offer refunds for late subscription cancellations. Prosperiti Partners, Inc. does not accept subscription cancellations through general email. Prosperiti Partners, Inc. is not responsible for charges received in users' bank accounts that result from insufficient funds due to subscription charges that were charged on the correct due date.

Miscellaneous:

Because in some instances our site does not have direct contact with the employers whose jobs we post, all users are responsible for any agreements they enter into with said employers, and for any and all issues that may or may not arise from entering into such agreements. We caution our users to fully investigate a job offer or employer before providing such information as name, social security number, address or banking information. We encourage our users to accept payments from employers through a secured banking system such as PayPal, or by check. We do not encourage giving out bank account information as an acceptable form of receiving payment from employers.

Prosperiti Partners, Inc. takes many precautions to avoid listing scam positions in our jobs database.

However, due to the increasingly sophisticated techniques of online scam artists, we STRONGLY encourage all of our users to:

* Research each job offer and the company offering the position before accepting
* Request at least a phone interview/meeting before you start working
* Never use your own bank account to receive/send money for companies
* Never wire money for a company from your personal bank account
* Never pay a start up fee to companies that say you must purchase software or other equipment in order to work for them. (This may be different for direct sales companies listed under the Independent Consultants section.)

Users are responsible for ALL interactions between potential employers of the jobs listed in our database and themselves. Any losses resulting from a users interactions or transactions with a potential employer, whether the position is real or a scam, is the sole responsibility of the user. Prosperiti Partners, Inc. does not reimburse users for money lost due to involvement in online scams. Prosperiti Partners, Inc. is not affiliated with the companies whose jobs are listed on our website. Please exercise caution and due diligence in researching all employment offers received online.

Additional Employer Job Posting Terms of Use:

All jobs posted on JobProsper.com become the intellectual property of the website. Jobs posted may be advertised to prospective subscribers through the website database, newsletter, or other advertising medium.  Employers are responsible for providing correct job and contact information. Prosperiti Partners, Inc. provides no guarantees of number of applicants that will respond to employer job postings. Prosperiti Partners, Inc. does not screen or prequalify subscribers before they apply to positions posted on our website. Employer is responsible for all communication, payments and legalities involving any subscriber they decide to hire for contract work, or as an employee.

Prosperiti Partners, Inc. reserves the right to remove any job posting at any time for any reason. Prosperiti Partners, Inc. also reserves the right to deny posting any position at any time for any reason.

Additional Advertiser Terms of Use:

The following terms of use will apply to all advertisers engaged in utilizing JobProsper.com advertising system.

- Prosperiti Partners, Inc. reserves the right to reject or remove any ad at any time for any reason.

- Advertiser agrees not to post any ads that contain profanity or vulgarity in any way.

- Advertiser agrees not to post any ads that are for Pyramid Schemes or adult in nature.

- Advertiser agrees that if they post ads against the Terms of Use, their ads will be removed and no refund will be issued or due by Prosperiti Partners, Inc.
